Buy a Mountain Day t-shirt!
Starting next Wednesday, Sept 28th, we will be selling this year’s Mountain Day t-shirt in Paresky during lunch, from 11:30-1:30. T-shirts will cost $10 and cash or venmo is accepted. T-shirts will only be sold before Mountain Day (first possible Mountain Day is 10/7!), so get your shirts now! Beginning Wednesday 9/14 the WOC Equipment Room will be open. M – Th, 12:30 —1:30 PM, & F 12–2 pm.
We want your feedback on trips! Have you recently gone on a trip and want to give us feedback on COVID-19 precautions and how things went? Fill out our feedback form after your trip so we know how we’re doing!
Thursday:
Climbing Wall open! Non cis-male climbing from 8 - 9 pm! From 9 - 10 there will be open climbing at the Nate Lowe Climbing Wall. No experience necessary. All equipment provided.
Slacklining! Join us to explore one of the gems of the WOC equipment room— slacklines! We’ll meet on Paresky steps at 4pm, find a spot to set up and spend some time practicing our skills. No experience required. Please sign-up on this form and email Isabel (isa2) with any questions!
Friday:
Shabbat Dinner! WOC board is helping cook shabbat dinner this week! All are welcome at services and dinner. Services begin at 6:00 pm and dinner begins at 7:15 pm at the JRC. Come join for a great meal!
Saturday:
Rose Ledge Rock Climbing Bouldering Trip
We’ll be bringing pads out to a couple of different boulders at Rose Ledge and climbing on them! No experience necessary! Meet at the WOC equipment room at 9 AM to check equipment before loading up on a college van for the drive to Rose Ledge. The drive will be about an hour and a half each way. Expect to return around 5 PM. Wear stretchy clothes and dress for the weather. Expect about a mile of walking to get to the crag. Bring a lunch, a full water bottle (or two), and climbing shoes if you have them! If not, they will be provided. Please sign up on this form and email [log in to unmask] with any questions!
