Dear Outing Club community,

WOC is currently looking for applicants for its Executive Board for the 2016-17 school year.  The WOC Board serves as Williams' main conduit to the outdoors, coordinating Mountain Day and Winter Carnival, as well as leading various trips throughout the school year.  Hard copies of the application may be picked up outside the WOC office door in Paresky. Additionally a copy is attached to this email. Completed applications are due back by midnight Wednesday, April 6th.  Applicants will be contacted to schedule a student interview once applications are received.

If you decide not to apply for the board, there are a number of other ways to get involved with club leadership. If you are interested in leading trips, our new trip leader program offers non board members the opportunity to participate in trip leading. All members are welcome at weekly meetings and can provide valuable input.  Anybody with expertise can get paid to teach PE classes after a training session.  Non-board help is sought every year for special events including Mountain Day and Winter Carnival.
