OUTING CLUB EVENTS 09/8 - 09/14

 ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Equipment Room hours start FRIDAY 12:00 - 2:00 Equipment room is located Paresky level M.

(Regular equipment room hours begin Monday, September 15. Mon - Thur 12:30 - 1:30, F 12 -2.)

First WOC camping trip of year (THIS Saturday-Sunday): Contact Sarah Vukelich (smv1) BEFORE Thursday if interested to reserve a spot.

WOC PE class- NEW offering:  Hiking on Tuesdays, starts 9/9 – 1pm -4pm IF interested -please contact Scott Lewis at [log in to unmask]

Weekly WOC meeting 7PM in Schapiro Hall 141, all are welcome! Contact Will (wbe1) to learn more.

Stone Hill Campout: Come join WOC for a night under the stars! Cow sightings likely, musical instruments encouraged. Meet at the WOC equipment room in Paresky level M at 10PM to check out any gear necessary before heading out (must be a current WOC member to check out gear - bring $10 to join IF needed). Return before classes Wednesday morning. Email Sarah at smv1 with questions.

FRIDAY:

Sunrise Hike up Pine Cobble: Meet on Chapin Steps at 6:00 AM.  Dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and a cup for hot drinks.  Return to campus by 8:30AM.  Contact Scott at [log in to unmask] for questions?

Learn to Slackline: Come learn to slackline with Max and Raja Friday at 2:00 PM between Morgan Hall and Rt. 2. All experience levels welcome!

SATURDAY:

Overnight on Mt. Greylock!!! Leave Saturday at noon to camp that night. Return Sunday by 1 PM. Contact Sarah Vukelich (smv1) BEFORE Thursday if interested to reserve a spot.
