ANNOUNCEMENTS
-Equipment Room hours are Mon-Th: 12:30pm-1:30PM, Fri. 12-2PM. Contact Craig at cmb2 for more information.

-Enthusiastic visionaries needed!! Is the cold weather making you look forward to Winter Carnival? Do you have an awesome idea for a theme? (This year will be an Olympics year, just saying...) Email Abby at aak3 with your theme proposal. Also, if you'd like to get more involved with the winter carnival planning process, email Caroline at ccw1! 

MONDAY
-Open Climbing at the Nate Lowe Climbing Wall in the Field House 8-10 pm

TUESDAY
-Open Climbing at the Nate Lowe Climbing Wall in the Field House 8-10 pm
-Polar Bear Swim: join us for a refreshing dip in the Green River.  Meet on Paresky steps at 9 PM.  Bring warm clothes, a flashlight, and a towel. Email Scott at stw1 or Miles at mdh1 with questions.

WEDNESDAY
-Weekly WOC meeting 7PM in Schapiro Hall 141, all members are welcome! Contact Jackson jws2 or Lucie lmc1 to learn more
-Open Climbing at the Nate Lowe Climbing Wall in the Field House 8-10 pm
-Owl Banding at Hopkins Memorial Forest! Come band and study adorable Saw-whet Owls in HMF, meeting on Paresky steps at 8:15 PM. Email Scott at stw1 to reserve a spot.

THURSDAY
-Open Climbing at the Nate Lowe Climbing Wall in the Field House 8-10 pm
-Learn to roll a kayak! in the pool 7-9pm. Contact Sarah (sma2) and bring a towel and swim suit--absolutely no experience necessary.

FRIDAY
-Sunrise Hike - really -no kidding this time..the sun will rise AFTER we reach the top of Pine Cobble. Meet on Chapin Steps at 6:00 AM.  Dress for the weather, bring a water bottle, a headlamp, and a cup for hot drinks. Email slewis for more info!
-GOURMET BACKPACKING! Good food, awesome people, and the beautiful Berkshires- what could be better? Email aak3 if you’re interested and would like more information!

SATURDAY
-Rock climbing day trip to the Rose Ledges: Leaving campus at 9AM returning by 5PM - Limited spots, must be belayed certified or presently in a WOC climbing PE class.  Email Dave  at da1 for more info or to sign up!
-Mountain Guide Skills Workshop: Love going on outdoor trips? Want to learn the skills you need to lead your own? Come to the Mountain Guide Skills Workshop. We'll teach you the basics of backpacking: using stoves, choosing a site, setting up tarps, bear bagging, etc. It will run from 3pm to ~6:30pm

-Partial Solar Eclipse of the sun - want to check out this astro phenom?? Leaving campus promptly at 6AM from Jessup parking lot - if interested contact Scott W. at stw1 to reserve a spot - be back to campus by 9:30AM.
-Day Hike up the Phelps trail and down the Mills Hollow trail.  Meet on Chapin steps at 9:30 AM.  We will be back by 1 PM.  E-mail Steph at srd2 for more information.
