Greetings WOC! This year leading up to Mountain Day we are hosting a Geocaching competition, with 10 caches strategically placed around the beautiful area surrounding campus. Instructions are as follows:

1. Form teams of 3-6, including at least one person with a GPS or Smart Phone.
2. Using the map and coordinates given here, hunt down the hidden caches (i.e. empty sports drinks bottles). Some have clues along with coordinates, others should provide a bit more of a challenge. Be sure to bring a writing utensil and a camera.  if the link doesn't work try: https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=217810414602688641483.0004c984a131c2e4626c6&msa=0&ll=46.860191,-85.693359&spn=34.818964,79.013672
3.Once the cache is found:
a) Sign your team name on the piece of paper inside the cache.
b) Complete the challenge contained within the cache (in most cases this will be the same sheet on which you signed your name).
c) Send in proof of completion (each challenge will explain how to do this) to receive prizes, as well as points in the overall competition. Make sure to include team name and names of team members when you do so.
i. Extra points and/or prizes will be awarded for creativity, as well as being the first team to find the cache.
4. The competition will continue until Mountain Day, when the winners will be announced on top of Stoney Ledge and justly rewarded.
