Enter your design and tag-line to WOC for this year's Winter Carnival. The
theme is the 2009 Vancuover Winter Olympics. Be creative and make sure to
include a drawing and catch-phrase incorporating the theme. Must be round
and limited to one color. The winner will receive a prize above and beyond
the pride and fame of designing the 2009 Winter Carnival button! Submit
button designs to Elizabeth at ebd1 or in her SU box 2166 by Tuesday Dec 15.
