This Friday and Saturday, Craig Burt and I are leading an overnight trip to Mount Monadnock in Jaffrey, NH. This trip is not actually a backpacking trip, but we will instead be staying at a front-country campground at the base of the mountain. Even though it is not backpacking, we are going to be doing a lot of hiking (which may or may not include a sunrise), and a decent amount of it will be above treeline (where we may or may not be by sunrise). Since the trip goes out on Friday, if you want to sign up you have to send me an e-mail at [log in to unmask] by TUESDAY at 9pm.
